One Order, From Chat Message To Cash In Hand

This is the work our operations platform does every day at Atomic Logistics Service. Each step used to be someone copying text from a phone into a notebook.

  1. 01

The order arrives in a group chat

Our WhatsApp numbers sit inside the sellers’ own groups. Every message is captured the moment it lands, and a newly registered group starts being watched straight away.

    kept original message, sender, time
  2. 02

AI turns the text into a record

A language model reads the free-form message and fills in customer, phone, address, items and amount. The result waits on a review board for a person to approve. Nothing becomes a live delivery on its own.

  3. 03

A call rep confirms with the customer

Call reps claim orders, phone the customer and approve or reject. An AI voice caller can make the confirmation call when the team is stretched.

  4. 04

Stock leaves the shelf and a rider is assigned

The order goes to a delivery agent and the items come out of the right supplier’s stock. Stock is the sum of a ledger of movements, never a number someone typed in, so it can always be traced.

  5. 05

Delivered, paid, and everyone is told

The agent marks the order delivered and records what was collected. The seller gets an automatic update in their group, and a customer receipt image is generated. Returned orders go back to the call rep who owns that customer.

Three Systems We Have Built

Each one started from a real operating problem. Together they show what a client gets from us: working software, not slides.

one place.

Operations Platform

Stock, waybills, deliveries, delivery agents, cash and branch transfers in one system. Orders arrive from WhatsApp and are turned into records by an AI parser. Merchants use their own portal, and an AI caller confirms deliveries with customers.

What We Build For Clients

Every capability below already runs in one of our own products, so a client starts from parts that work in production.

WhatsApp Order Capture

Bots that sit in your customers’ and sellers’ groups and keep every message, sender and time.

AI Message Reading

Free-form chat turned into clean records, with a person approving before anything moves.

Stock & Warehouse

Ledger-based stock across branches and suppliers, with borrowing and two-step returns.

Delivery & Cash

Rider assignment, delivery status, cash collected per agent and automatic customer updates.

Partner Portals

Sign-in portals for merchants and staff, with roles that show each person only their own work.

Subscriptions & Payments

Recurring billing through Paystack by card, bank transfer, USSD or mobile money.

AI Does The Typing. People Make The Decisions.

Talk To Us
  • A person approves anything that moves money or stock

AI-read orders land on a review board. A call rep approves them before they become a delivery, and admins can always reopen or reassign.

  • We ask instead of guessing

When a message format is ambiguous, we take the question to the business owner before we write the rule. One confident wrong guess costs more than a short conversation.

  • Every rule is tested

Stock, cash and delivery handoffs are covered by 868 automated tests that run before each deploy, against both SQLite and PostgreSQL.

  • Built with Claude Code

Our engineering runs through Claude Code. Features, fixes and tests are written with it, then reviewed, deployed and checked against live data by us.

What does ATOMIC do?

We design, build and run software for businesses whose work happens in WhatsApp groups, on paper waybills and in spreadsheets. We start with the most time-consuming manual process and replace it with a working system.

Do you only work with logistics companies?

Logistics is where we started, because we run a delivery company ourselves. The same problems show up in any business that takes orders in chat and tracks stock or cash by hand.

How do you use AI, and is it safe?

We use AI to read messy messages and fill in records. A person approves anything that moves money or stock, and every rule is covered by automated tests before release.

Who hosts and maintains the software?

We do. We host it, back it up, watch the logs, and write down the recovery steps before anything goes live.

How do we start?

Send us a short description of one process that costs your team time each week. We will tell you whether software can fix it and what a first version would involve.

Have A Process To Fix? Let’s Talk.

Tell us what you are building, improving or doing by hand today. We will reply ourselves with honest next steps.
